Fox Pointe is a nice neighborhood located at Trophy Club, Texas.  This place was originally envisioned as a retirement community but its appeal went beyond what the developers had in mind. Golf greens weave through this manicured subdivision and the city offers a very strategic location at the epicenter of the “Golden Corridor”. This has been a popular choice for professionals who want the convenience of a central location and the serenity of a country club lifestyle.

The first construction was dated back in 1970 and has continued development through today, so home buyers have 40 years’ worth of style and design to choose from. These are the main reasons why Trophy Club can be found high on the list of sought after places to call home.

Trophy Club in general feels more like a neighborhood than a city. You would see people get around in golf carts, and even if you don’t play golf, you’ll probably want one too. The people here are also serious about the 30mph speed limit so you might want to keep that in mind when you visit. The location offers easy access to State Highway 114 which allows you to have quick trips to the regional amenities like shopping, dining, entertainment plus major employment centers. You can find a few homes being sold at a starting price of $300,000 but if you’re wanting to purchase a property that was built after 2000, with the newer brick and stone facade styles, you probably need to have a budget of over $450,000.

Vicinity wise, the city has been a home for four of the top schools in ISD. Those schools include Byron Nelson High, Beck, Lakeview Elementary, and Medlin Middle School. These schools are sure to give you the high-quality standard in education you are looking for and is located mostly within walking distance from most Trophy Club students.

Safety and security are some of the most important things for the residents here that’s why the community has low crime rates and consistently lands on national and Metroplex lists of safest cities. Having a tight-knit community that is aware and protective of one another results in the security of the people living in the area.

Valuing the active lifestyle has also been one of the major things the neighborhood has been aiming for. There are lots of amenities in the city that complement this outdoor lifestyle and the first one on the list is Independence Park located between Beck Elementary School and Medlin Middle School. The park is 23 acres big and is divided into two parts, Indy West and Indy East. Indy West includes facilities for younger aged baseball players which has three fields, a playground with an enticing rock climbing wall, two Tennis Courts, a basketball court, and exercise stations, the Trophy Club Veterans Memorial and so much more. During league plays, concession stands are available as well as bathrooms. The other side which is Indy East mainly serves for baseball games and tournaments. It offers a state-of-the-art baseball complex with eight large fields.

Next up is the Trophy Club Community Pool which serves as a home to the Triton's Swim Team. The Community Pool features an 8 lane competition-sized pool, but there’s also the wade-in shallow area and a 12-foot diving end with a board and a toddler pool with a wall of a water feature and kiddie slide. Now everybody in the family can just dive in and have fun!

Now talking about parks, the community not only has one but three parks! There is Harmony Park, Freedom Dog Park, and Trophy Club Park. These parks will surely give you tons of outdoor activities to do and enjoy. Just the Trophy Club Park alone will give you access to an 18 hole disc golf course, horse trails, 6 miles of hiking trails, 7 miles of MX, ATV trails, laser tag, 12 geocaching spots, pavilion, picnic tables and restrooms, primitive boat ramp and a fishing spot. These will surely keep you busy during family days.
