Our experience with Chandler Crouch Realty far exceeded expectations. We had initially thought about selling our home using Opendoor but we are so glad we chose to work with Chandler Crouch Realty instead. We ended up with a much better offer and overall experience. Our agent, George Choike, happily agreed to work with us even though we were a few cities away. He was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I keep saying that George left us better than he found us because we learned so much from him throughout this process. We could reach out to him anytime with any question and he always responded in a timely manner. He explained things very well. He helped us find resources to prepare our home. He was straightforward, honest, ethical, and didn’t over-promise. He gave us advance notice on timelines and prepared us for multiple scenarios. He always had our best interest at heart. We believe our closing went so quickly and smoothly due to what George negotiated ahead of time. He negotiated the best offer with even more considerations than we thought were possible. We chose Chandler Crouch Realty because of the good work they have done protesting property taxes for homeowners even if they are not clients. When they helped us reduce our taxes a couple of years ago (for NO CHARGE), we said that if there was ever an opportunity where we could return the favor, we would and we are so glad we did. Deona Matte was an integral part of the experience; she has a lot of knowledge and is really on top of things and deserves credit for things going so smoothly. She did a fantastic job with marketing our home and was always available for questions and kept us well informed as we went through the process. Very friendly, professional and patient. The photography and virtual tour were amazing. I almost didn’t want to sell after seeing how good they made our home look. We would absolutely work with George, Deona and Chandler Crouch Realty again. They really do provide a wonderful experience and  made us feel valued and we always felt like we were in very capable hands. I recommend them highly.
