Jeff Luna spent 14 months in the mortgage side of the industry from 2007 to 2008 during the burst of the mortgage bubble and the company he was with closed the doors. At that point, he took his mortgage experience and moved into new home sales. After seven years of success with new home builders, he decided it was time to move on to be a realtor where he could help more buyers and sellers.
He studied in Champion School of Real Estate. His first career was in commercial construction where he was a superintendent and oversaw major renovations. This allowed him the opportunity to work with a variety of people and develop skills at problem solving and multitasking in a way he never thought was possible.
He is crazy about BMX racing, road bike racing, mountain biking, wake boarding or wake surfing, snowboarding and surfing. He is currently engaged to a nurse and they are planning a wedding for next year. He has a 19-year old daughter from a previous marriage that has moved out & started her career in cosmetology. He owns a Siamese cat named Mr. Chan.
A little trivia, he was a superb tennis player in high school & college.
He feels his experience in mortgage, new home sales and as a real estate agent allows him to have a broader perspective than most other agents. This helps him to understand the buyers/sellers emotions through the process. In essence he is better suited to address possible fears & angst that may arise when clients are making life changing decisions on whether to buy or sell.
As a company, for him, Chandler Crouch Realtors have the ability to bring a more personal approach to helping buyers sell & purchase because we treat clients more than just another transaction."
What he loves about real estate is helping families dreams come true when it comes to home ownership. There is a huge difference in buying a house and buying a home. He quotes, "When you help families find "the one" and the excitement of making the dream a reality.... that is what puts a smile on my face and why I got into real estate."
