She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with the intention of becoming a lawyer, but life took her in a different direction. Her extensive experience in sales and finance eventually led to her career as a Realtor. When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her family and three dogs. She’s proud of her two children who serve in the U.S. Navy. She’s been married nearly 30 years to her husband who’s also a U.S. Navy veteran.

LOCAL REALTOR® AWARDED RENE CERTIFICATION

Hurst TX, May 25, 2022 – Joan Armijo with Chandler Crouch REALTORS, has been awarded the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, the premier negotiation credential in the country. The RENE is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS®.  Joan joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the RENE certification. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Real estate professionals who complete this training build the knowledge, skills, and expertise required to support the unique needs of affluent buyers and sellers of high-end properties. 

The completion of this focused training also provides Joan with membership into The Institute, which connects them to exclusive resources and benefits that Joan can use to successfully market their luxury residential listings and find qualified buyers for high-end property in the Dallas Fort Worth community.

Joan Armijo Earns NAR’s Military Relocation Professional Certification Professional Expertise in Military Benefits, the Relocation Process, and Support

Fort Worth, TX, July 11, 2022 — Joan Armijo with Chandler Crouch REALTORS has been awarded the nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional Certification. The National Association of REALTORS ® awards the MRP certification to REALTORS ® who help military personnel, veterans and their families find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life. When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables can make the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. REALTORS ® who earn this certification know to work with active duty military buyers and sellers, as well as veterans. The certification provides NAR’s members with resources to accommodate current and former military service members at any stage of their military career, and is an approved elective for NAR’s Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. To earn the MRP certification, REALTORS® must be in good standing with NAR; complete the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification course, and complete two webinars.
