Summerfields is a large neighborhood located 10 miles north of downtown Fort Worth. The area has safe and quiet streets and is the perfect place to settle into. Conveniently located along the I35W, Summerfields is the ideal commuters neighborhood as it offers quick access to major roadways for traveling. Close amenities such as stores, restaurants, and entertainment makes Summerfields worth a second look.

The construction of the neighborhood originally began in 1978 and continued to be developed up until recently. Due to this progression, you will see a wide variety of housing styles that were popular when they were being built. Summerfields offers unique options and boasts tons of character. 

According to the website city-data.com, the average price of a detached house in 2016 was roughly $133,400. Compared to Fort Worth as a whole this is below the average price of $196,596. The houses in the neighborhood remain affordable with many options to fit a large number of budgets.

The association provides a free newsletter to residents, and have even been able to generate income by selling advertising space. This money is invested directly into neighborhood improvements. 

The Summerfields Neighborhood Association acts as a liaison to the city of Fort Worth and has even successfully petitioned the city to build a library in the area. The association actively promotes its motto, which is “a community where diversity is valued, communications are encouraged and an attitude of learning from one another is respected”.

Arcadia Park is a large park in the Fort Worth area. The park offers guests a number of activities, rest areas, playgrounds, basketball court, tennis court, soccer fields, and baseball diamonds. 

The park also has a variety of trails for walking, jogging or biking along. Hikers can enjoy nature and an escape for the city along one of the many hiking trails.

There are also a large number of services and amenities available all along N. Beech Street that provides residents of the Summerfields area with easy access to whatever they may need without having to travel far.
