Chandler Crouch is the founder and principal broker of Chandler Crouch Realtors. He is a native Texan and has lived in Dallas - Fort Worth for most of his life. He started his career in real estate focused on buying and remodeling houses, then transitioned exclusively to helping others buy and sell real estate. With 20 years of experience, he now manages a brokerage that has been recognized in the Wall Street Journal in their list of “Top 200 Agents in America.”

One of Chandler's passions is helping people. He looks for opportunities for his company to serve the local community and make a positive impact in the people's lives. In recent years, Chandler led the cause to help homeowners protest their property tax values for free and has worked with local leaders and state lawmakers to improve the tax system. It all started with the aid of some local media coverage in 2017 when Chandler and his team helped over 3,200 people successfully protest their tax value, free of charge. His mission continues to grow. In 2021, protested for over 20,000 homeowners. 

Chandler explains his team’s approach by stating, "We don't measure our success by the number of agents we recruit or listings we have. For us, true success comes from the experience each person has with our company. We adopt our clients' goals as our own and significantly invest our time and resources to serve at the highest level. Our team consists of people that cherish the opportunity and realize the importance of helping others achieve their real estate related goals."

Married since 2006, Chandler and his wife Meghan (also a broker) reside in North Fort Worth with their three children. You may see him riding his bike to work. Chandler is an active members in his church community, and also serves as a "Big" in the Big Brother's Big Sister's program. He loves running, hunting, fishing, reading, learning, adventure sports, and trying culturally diverse foods.
