She was always available to let various people into the home for the repairs and inspections and when packing day neared, she even delivered a bunch of boxes that were donated from another client! My experience with Chandler Crouch Real Estate Company was 5 star!. After speaking with the assistant to Mr. Crouch my listing was referred to Ruth Potts. My previous position as a real estate agent led me to request an agent to represent the listing and was dedicated to their seller's needs. Ruth went through my home and suggested some minor repairs. She has her own group of excellent specialists who made the repairs, located other areas that needed to be upgraded and worked with me in a timely manner. Joan Armijo and Tracie Skinner are so very good at their Job. I felt like I was their only client; very genuine people and topflight realtor agents.
