We were moving out of state after retirement and were already extremely busy restoring a historic home, so selling a house in TX was a hassle that I wasn't ready to deal with. I was looking for a realtor that would make the process as simple as possible, and Ruth Potts delivered over and above! We had a lot of moving pieces that needed to be taken care of while trying to travel between two states, that included a new roof and various repairs. Ruth connected me to all the right people that were all able to take care of things quickly. She was always available to let various people into the home for the repairs and inspections and when packing day neared, she even delivered a bunch of boxes that were donated from another client! Another thing I really appreciated was how your staff checked on the house each week. Overall, I really felt taken care of by Ruth and the Chandler Crouch staff. Every person I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend using this Realtor for your home sale.

My experience with Chandler Crouch Real Estate Company was 5 star!. After speaking with the assistant to Mr. Crouch my listing was referred to Ruth Potts. My previous position as a real estate agent led me to request an agent to represent the listing and was dedicated to their seller's needs. Ruth went through my home and suggested some minor repairs. She has her own group of excellent specialists who made the repairs, located other areas that needed to be upgraded and worked with me in a timely manner. My home was under contract in less than a week!!!! Many homes in my neighborhood took months to sell. I could not be more pleased with Ruth! She even researched the brand and colors used to repaint areas of repair in my home. Ruth and her in-house team helped with all the closing tasks. I could not have been happier. I can’t say enough great things about Joan and Traci. They went above and beyond anything I could’ve asked for throughout the entire home buying process. Every question I had—big or small—they answered quickly and clearly, which made everything feel so much less stressful.
