Thank you both!  Micah...you were the first realtor who popped up when I searched.  You have been nothing but above board and honest.  I know this was a long, anguishing process for everyone and I appreciate everything you all did.  Melody has had to deal with a whole bunch of lousy companies throughout this process.  Banks, Lawyers, Locksmiths, Guardian Asset (horrible company), etc...it's not been fun, but you and Tracie were the final leg for us and thank god, because you all were professional and honest the whole way and you got us over the finish line...one that seemed to keep moving away from us.  Bless you all!

The entire Chandler team wonderfully represented us during this transaction. Luis was especially helpful in guiding us through this experience.

It was a pleasure working with Luis Martinez on the purchase of a home where he represented the seller as a listing agent. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all our client's needs. We truly appreciate the communication, teamwork, and dedication that helped make this a smooth and successful closing for everyone involved. Thank you for allowing our borrower to achieve their dream of homeownership!
